Christina Banjo is the founder of Always Create, a global platform connecting creative freelancers with projects and opportunities. With a background in HR and recruitment, Christina began her career outside the creative industry before launching a fashion brand and then pivoting to freelance fashion accessories design. Drawing on this diverse experience, she created Always Create in 2019 to address gaps in the freelance creative community, helping freelancers find meaningful work and brands access the right talent.
